# Postpone an activity

`POST /v1/activities/:id/postpone` calls `crm.timeline.activity.postpone`.

`offset` is a positive integer in **seconds**. Zero and negative values return 400 before a Bitrix24 call. Success: HTTP 200 with the read-back activity in `data`. If Bitrix24 reports success but a regular activity's time does not change, this endpoint returns 422. For a task activity (the `TASKS` provider, or a legacy activity with `TYPE_ID=3` and a `PROVIDER_ID` that is no longer registered), Bitrix24 moves the linked task deadline, so the activity time in `data` may remain unchanged.
