`POST /v1/crm-payments/:id/products`

Bitrix24: `crm.item.payment.product.add`. Scope: `crm`.

Body: rowId from available-products and positive integer quantity. The 201 response contains the position ID and the payment with a recalculated amount.

Quantity must be a positive integer: the Bitrix24 parameter is int and V1 rejects fractions before calling it.
