# Delete a trace

`DELETE /v1/crm-traces/:id`

Bitrix24 method: `crm.tracking.trace.delete`. Scope `crm`, READWRITE key. id is a positive safe integer.

## Response

HTTP 204, no body. Deletion is idempotent: the response does not say whether the trace existed. With access to only some CRM records, Bitrix24 removes accessible bindings but retains the remaining bindings and the trace itself. A pre-check is impossible because REST has no trace read method.

| 403 | SCOPE_DENIED | Missing crm scope. |
| 403 | WRITE_BLOCKED_READONLY_KEY | The key prohibits writes. |
| 422 | BITRIX_ERROR | Bitrix24 business refusal. |
