`GET /v1/currencies/base`

Bitrix24: `crm.currency.base.get`.

Scope: `crm`. READONLY keys are accepted. Response: `{ success: true, data: ... }`. Bitrix24 business refusal: 422 `BITRIX_ERROR`; Bitrix24 permission denial: 403 `BITRIX_ACCESS_DENIED`; missing scope: 403 `SCOPE_DENIED`. Unexpected Bitrix24 response: 502 `BITRIX_RESPONSE_INVALID`.

## Response

`{ currency: "USD" }`. Read-only: changing the base currency affects exchange rates across the Bitrix24 account and is not available here.
