# Delete a CRM document

`DELETE /v1/crm-documents/:id` calls `crm.documentgenerator.document.delete`. Use a writable key with `crm` scope. Success returns `204` with no body; a missing ID returns `404 ENTITY_NOT_FOUND`.

Deleting a document cannot be undone. Supply the ID of the document you intend to remove.
