# Feed comments

Feed event comments have their own IDs. Do not confuse them with blog comment IDs.

Deleting a feed entry does not promise deletion of the blog comment or decrementing the post counter. A live probe on an owned post left the counter at 1. To delete the blog comment, use DELETE /v1/posts/:id/comments/:commentId.
