CRM settings
The CRM mode determines whether leads are enabled.
CRM mode
GET /v1/crm-settings/mode
Bitrix24: crm.settings.mode.get and crm.enum.settings.mode.
Scope: crm. READONLY keys are accepted. Response: { success: true, data: ... }. Bitrix24 business refusal: 422 BITRIX_ERROR; Bitrix24 permission denial: 403 BITRIX_ACCESS_DENIED; missing scope: 403 SCOPE_DENIED. Unexpected Bitrix24 response: 502 BITRIX_RESPONSE_INVALID.
Response
{ mode, name, modes: [{ id, name }] }. 1 is Classic CRM with leads; 2 is Simple CRM without leads. The name comes from the mode dictionary in the Bitrix24 account language.
Leads are available only in Classic CRM.
