Update a CRM document

PATCH /v1/crm-documents/:id calls crm.documentgenerator.document.update. Use a writable key with crm scope. Provide values and/or stampsEnabled; an empty body returns 400.

The wrapper reads the current document and preserves stampsEnabled when omitted. The native update method would otherwise enable stamps by default. The response contains the updated document.
