Delete feed comment

Take the ID from data.comments[].id in GET /v1/posts/comments, not commentId. Only comments the user may delete are removed; Bitrix24 checks permissions.

Bitrix24: log.comment.delete | Scope: log | Auth: X-Api-Key

Deleting a feed entry does not promise deletion of the blog comment or decrementing the post counter. A live probe on an owned post left the counter at 1. To delete the blog comment, use DELETE /v1/posts/:id/comments/:commentId.
