Knowledge base menu bindings
A binding links a knowledge base site to a Bitrix24 menu by the menu's internal code and changes that menu for all employees.
Bindings are available only to sites of type KNOWLEDGE. Existing menu codes are visible in the bindings list.
Requires the landing key scope. Optional query parameter scope: KNOWLEDGE, GROUP or MAINPAGE.

Site existence and type are checked before a write. A Bitrix24 rejection is returned as 422. A successful write returns the state read back after the operation.
