Knowledge base bindings to a workgroup
A binding links a knowledge base site to a Bitrix24 workgroup, and the site becomes that group's knowledge base.
Binding changes the site type to GROUP. Removing the binding sets the type to KNOWLEDGE, not to the original one. Pages of a bound site are read with scope=GROUP. Bitrix24 checks permissions on the group.
The key needs the landing scope. Optional query parameter scope: KNOWLEDGE, GROUP or MAINPAGE.

Before a write, the site's existence and type are checked. A Bitrix24 refusal is returned as 422. A successful write returns the state re-read after the operation.
