Create a quick reply

Scope: imopenlines. Writes require a write-enabled key. Bitrix24 checks user permissions.

lineId is the id from /v1/openline-configs. The B24 method is undocumented; shape measured on 2026-10-01. A reply id is checked against this line before PATCH or DELETE; replies from other lines are never changed.

text is required and cannot be empty. Optional sectionId is a non-negative integer; PATCH preserves an omitted section, explicit zero clears it. Bitrix24 generates the name from text, including on update; a custom name is not writable here. Returns the saved { id, name, text, sectionId, canEdit, rating }.
