My workgroups
GET /v1/me/workgroups wraps sonet_group.user.groups. Requires sonet_group; READONLY is allowed. No parameters or pagination. Returns all memberships of the key's acting identity, not an arbitrary employee: a webhook acts as its owner, OAuth with a session acts as the session user.

An empty list is valid. Membership is not a permission decision: Bitrix24 checks permissions when an action runs.
Errors
403 SCOPE_DENIED before Bitrix24; 422 BITRIX_ERROR means business refusal; 502 BITRIX_UNAVAILABLE means unreadable response or unknown role; 429 means a limit; 503 means timeout.
