Download a REST document template

GET /v1/doc-templates/:id/download streams DOCX bytes for a template whose moduleId is rest. The machine URL in that template's response points here. Pass X-Api-Key with the documentgenerator scope; a READONLY key may download. Templates from other modules have no machine URL on this surface.

The response is a binary stream. An invalid ID returns 400; a missing or non-REST template returns 404. A missing key returns 401, missing scope 403, a Bitrix24 refusal 422, and a failed binary fetch 502.
