Postpone an activity

POST /v1/activities/:id/postpone calls crm.timeline.activity.postpone.

offset is a positive integer in seconds. Zero and negative values return 400 before a Bitrix24 call. Success: HTTP 200 with the read-back activity in data. If Bitrix24 reports success but a regular activity's time does not change, this endpoint returns 422. For a task activity (the TASKS provider, or a legacy activity with TYPE_ID=3 and a PROVIDER_ID that is no longer registered), Bitrix24 moves the linked task deadline, so the activity time in data may remain unchanged.
