Update a list-property value

PATCH /v1/catalog-product-property-enums/:id

Send only the fields to change. Bitrix24 requires propertyId and xmlId on every update; V1 first reads the current element and fills omitted values. Explicit caller values take precedence. The id field is read-only. POST /v1/batch and POST /v1/catalog-product-property-enums/batch do not pre-read the element: each batch update must explicitly provide propertyId and xmlId, or V1 returns 400 before calling Bitrix24.

A successful response is 200 with the updated element in data. A missing element returns 404 ENTITY_NOT_FOUND; a Bitrix24 business refusal returns 422 with its original message.
