Folder access levels
GET /v1/folders/access-levels
Returns id, code and title from the portal. IDs differ between portals: never hardcode them. title is in the portal language. Only read/edit/full are listed; add also exists for sharing. Use access read/add/edit/full in POST shares, not an id from this directory.
Parameters
No parameters. Key scope: disk. READONLY keys allowed.

Limitations and errors
403 SCOPE_DENIED: missing disk scope. Native business refusal: 422 BITRIX_ERROR. Invalid result: 422 DISK_ACCESS_LEVELS_REFUSED. Transport failures use the standard V1 errors.
