Read group sorting permission

GET /v1/tasks/stages/:entityId/can-move

Bitrix24 REST: task.stages.canmovetask. Scope: task.

Returns {canMove:boolean}. 0 means the key owner My Plan and returns true without a Bitrix24 call. A positive entityId means a group; the wrapper sends entityType:"G". It is the permission to move tasks in the group kanban in general, not permission on a particular task. READONLY keys are allowed. Query parameters are not supported.

Writes require a READWRITE key. No automatic retry after timeout: reread the object before retrying. Bitrix24 permission refusals return 403; other business refusals return 422.
