Scope: crm. READONLY keys are accepted. Response: { success: true, data: ... }. Bitrix24 business refusal: 422 BITRIX_ERROR; Bitrix24 permission denial: 403 BITRIX_ACCESS_DENIED; missing scope: 403 SCOPE_DENIED. Unexpected Bitrix24 response: 502 BITRIX_RESPONSE_INVALID.

Language-keyed object: { en: { fullName: "Dollar", formatString: "$#", decimals: 2, hideZero: false } }. Fields: fullName, formatString, decPoint, thousandsVariant, thousandsSep, decimals, hideZero. decimals is a number, hideZero is a boolean; the other fields are strings. An empty map is {}.
Missing currency: 404 ENTITY_NOT_FOUND; empty code: 400 INVALID_ID. A currency preflight distinguishes permission denial.
